Leonard Holmes, Ph.D.
Licensed Clinical Psychologist

I'm a clinical psychologist with training and experience working with eating disorders. My approach involves a balance between behavioral approaches to work with the eating behaviors, and longer term approaches to work with underlying issues. These issues sometimes include self-esteem issues, getting to know who you are and what you want in life, becoming less dependent on other people's opinions, etc.

Everyone is different, and I can't pretend to know what all of the issues will be before we start. I work almost exclusively on an outpatient basis, with hospitalization only when needed for safety.
