Katrina Bilhimer, MA, LMHC
Affordable, professional mental health services for individuals, couples, families, children, adolescents, adults and groups. My areas expertise include body image/eating disorders, abuse/trauma issues, alternative lifestyles, depression and panic diorders. I provide a safe, therapeutic environment for clients. As we take the journey towards healing and self-fulfillment together, we will begin on equal ground. I will be there for support and guidance. I recognize that there is diversity among clients, each needing a different therapeutic approach. Thus I take an ecclectic approach using such techniques as cognitive/behavioral modification therapies, art and play therapy, and brief solution-focused therapy. I believe that every person has the capability to change unhealthy patterns in their life, and to eventually learn how to heal and grow with change.
I also provide and Eating Disorder Support Group for adults and a Teen Body Image Support Group.

ANAD (Anorexia Nervosa and Associated Disorders) Support Group
The meetings are usually facilitated by a leader who has recovered from an eating disorder. This summer none of the people who have done it before can do it. However since most of us have been going for awhile we are still meeting to provide support to each other. You are not alone and we encourage anyone to come get help from people who understand what you are going through. We meet in the Hop Top room on L3 at 7:00 on Wednesday nights. I hope you come check it out.

Robert Berley, Ph.D.

I offer long-term, individual psychotherapy around issues underlying compulsions, obsessions, and self-destructive behaviors. I do not belong to any preferred provider or health maintenance organizations, but work with patients to develop a treatment process that meets their individual needs.

Denise Hinrichsen, M.A.
My practice is focused on women's isssues. While eating disorders are not unique only to women, it is clear that many of the cultural pressures we face as females lead us down the path of starvation, binge eating and purging.
My work with clients is intended to facilitate an understanding of these pressures. Whether experienced through the media, transmitted through our families, or internalized in other ways, understanding how these forces affect us and how we can resist them is often the first step in bringing healing & wholeness.
I work with individuals, facilitate groups, and can coordinate with your medical provider and nutritionist to create a solid and multidemensional treatment treatment team.
Sliding fee scale is available.
