I sream for help with tears in my eyes
can't you see the struggles I hide
so pale and weak I still won't eat
day by day I lose more weight
It's never enough will I ever lose this gut
can't you see the change in me
isolated just want to be alone
looking in the mirror I moan
why can't I be pleased I hate me
can't you see I'm losing control
deep inside I need you by my side
please help before I die
I don't know how long I will survive
can't you see this ED is killing me
crying dying with tears in my eyes
