Hurting

I'm hurting inside because of what I've done to you.
I'm hurting inside because of everything I do.
I'm dying inside and it shows through.
I'm dying inside, I can see and so can you.
I hate myself and want to be someone new.
I hate myself and think I can change but find it's not true.
I want to get help and you want me to get it too.
I want to get help but from who?
I can't stand this, in my head it's a zoo.
I can't stand this and neither can you.
