I Stand All Alone

I stand all alone
I look around, and no one notices
I see a girl
She seems so happy
She's beautiful and healthy
She talks with enthusiasm
She's captured everyone's attention
She's at ease with herself
I look closer
That girl is me
She is the girl that I was suppose to be
I wake up
It was as if I had all of that at my fingertips and I lost it
I look in the mirror
I see a girl
She seems so sad
She's ugly and sick
She strays from the spotlight
She is all alone
I look closer
And I realize reality;
* That girl is me *
