Letters for Prevention

Needing Volunteer Staff for a worthwhile program called Letters For Prevention. Letters for Prevention is an outreach effort, aimed at educating people about the dangers and misery wrought from eating disorders. The premise of the program has been to put together a packet of letters written by people who have actually struggled with eating disorders, with a special emphasis on the mental aspects. The letters are being distributed per request, and the number of emails requesting them has gotten to the point where we need extra staff to help respond to the e-mails.

Anyone interested in this opportunity should contact Kelsey at [email protected].

Feature Story -- Campus Newsletter

I am looking for college students who are suffering or have recovered from an eating disorder and would like to share their experience in a constructive way. If you want to help others who are suffering by sharing your knowledge, insecurities or fears, please contact me at either [email protected] or [email protected]. I am writing a feature story for a campus newspaper and could use all the help I can get.

I would like to add that all information will remain confidential unless I am instructed otherwise by the participant. Help me to help others in need.
