You told me lies
they controlled me.
Who would carry on so far?
Hanging onto life,
I wonder,
the anger,
the disappointment,
frustration,
and depression
burning inside,
will it ever go away?
Is this worthwhile,
in denial,
I cry out,
my heart on the floor,
"Free Me!"
